All of our kits contain sustainable and reusable products for feminine hygiene. The items have been donated by various contributors. Take a look at what makes our kits and get involved!

84 Days Bag

Each participant will receive a reusable 84 Days draw string bag that contains all the products she will need.

Reusable Pads

All kits contain up to 8 reusable pads. Participants are taught how to use, wash and store the pads so that they will last them years!

Wash Cloth

2 wash cloths for general hygiene or to wrap a used pad until ready for washing.

Soap

Everyone receives a small bar of soap for washing the pads, hands and body.

Zip Lock Bags

2 zip lock bags are included for storage and washing of the pads.

Menstrual Cup

One silicon menstrual cup in each kit. The cups are introduced as a sustainable solution. If properly cared for, the cups can last up to 10 years of use!!

Whistle

We want all of our 84 Days girls to be safe. Along with self defense classes, we have included a whistle in our kits if they ever find themselves needing it.

Underwear

In every bag, we include 2 new pairs of underwear.

Group Service Project

Are you part of a group that would want to advocate for women and young girls everywhere?! Then join us!

We can arrange for your group to participate in service projects, help hold events or fundraisers in your area, help put together kits, write messages to girls all over the world, learn and teach self defense. Just send us a message and we will get the ball rolling!
